1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Allegiant Plumbing Services warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion of service or approved plumbing inspection. We agree to remedy any deficiencies or leaks resulting from defects in workmanship or improper installation without charge, within a reasonable time after receiving notice.
Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers workmanship-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Leaks
- Improper installation
- Defects in workmanship
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse
- Normal weathering, wear and tear, or acts of God
- Fixture defects (manufacturers’ warranties apply)
- Work damaged, modified, or altered by others
- Issues caused by debris, foreign objects, or other external factors
Consequential Damage Disclaimer
Repairing or replacing one component may, in some cases, cause additional issues or damage to other components or systems. Allegiant Plumbing Services is not responsible for consequential damage or additional repairs required due to the interconnected nature of plumbing systems.
Example: Replacing a faulty valve may cause a sudden increase in water pressure, leading to a leak in a nearby pipe. In this scenario, Allegiant Plumbing Services is only responsible for the original faulty valve and not the subsequent leak.
Notification and Repair
To make a warranty claim, the owner must:
- Notify Allegiant Plumbing Services in writing within one (1) day of first noticing the issue
- Give Allegiant Plumbing Services the first opportunity to repair, replace, and/or correct the defective item
Service Call Charges
If a service call is made and it’s discovered that the issue is not related to faulty workmanship (e.g., user error, external factors), a dispatch and diagnostic charges may apply.
By accepting this warranty, the owner acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
